About our cakes?

We bake all our cakes in our HSE approved premises in Lissadell using the finest ingredients from our own free range eggs to butter, mixed fruit, brandy and couvature chocolate.

Cake Fillings

For sponge cakes I use one

of the following choices of fillings

         Vanilla buttercream

         Chocolate buttercream

         Lemon buttercream

         Jam

Cake Coverings

There are many other covering and
fillings available which are too long to be listed here,
these can be discussed at the time of an enquiry or order
for example:

         Sugarpaste   Royal Icing  

      Piped buttercream topping

         Chocolate Curls (milk, white or dark)

         Chocolate Panels (milk, white or dark)

 

What is our Payment Policy?

A 50 Deposit is required on all wedding cake bookings .
Your order for your Wedding cake is not confirmed until we have received your signed booking form.
Booking Deposits are non refundable /non-Transferable.
