Shipping policy

Standard delivery in Ireland :  €6.99 with AN POST (fully tracked). 

Please provide EIRCODES as it makes the delivery process quicker. 

All orders placed by Sunday (midday) are shipped  Wednesday for delivery on Thursday/Friday/Monday

Ireland Delivery takes 1-3 days from date of dispatch (Can be longer during busy periods i.e Christmas)

UK & Northern Ireland - 3 days from date of dispatch

Delivery can take longer during busy periods.

All products are fully trackable with tracking number.  Once An Post confirms delivery with time and date of tracking, The Cake Lady is NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE for your order.  Any queries after this must be made directly by the customer with An Post. 

Boxes are not suitable to be put in letterboxes so please bear this in mind when ordering.  The Cake Lady is NOT RESPONSIBLE for Orders that An Post have attempted to deliver through their tracking system.  

The Cake Lady is not responsible for WEATHER CONDITIONS on the day of delivery. 

I take great care in packaging my products but I cannot ensure that the delivery firms will take the same great care in delivering your products. The Cake Lady is not responsible for any damage to goods during transit.
